Hayat Island Traffic Impact Study, Ras Al Khaimah
The Hayat Island is one of the three clusters in Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. The scope of the work is to prepare a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for three areas: Bay Area, Marbella Villas Extension, and Gateway Residences II. All the plots within Hayat Island are expected to be fully built by the year 2026.
During the critical peak hour, the development is expected to generate 2,071 vehicle trips. Utilizing the RAKSTM, the network and land use proposals were assessed for future years in order to propose appropriate network mitigations such that the study area network would function with acceptable levels of service.

In my experience, VNC has been proven to be very responsive, shows a real interest in understanding your need and project context, and subsequently provide as agreed.
