Hello, I’m Bhaskara Gundluru. I’m the managing director of VNC. I have over 18 years of experience in the landscape of transportation. Being in the Middle East for over 16 years, I have delivered several strategic projects for various clients. My areas of expertise include transportation planning, transport modelling, and traffic engineering. By the way, I’m a Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certified by ITE, USA. I was so fortunate to work with talented minds in great companies in the past, which has provided several opportunities, including serving as an engineer, modeler, team leader, project manager, and client service leader.

I started my career as a traffic and highway engineer with CES (India) Private Limited in Bangalore. In this role, I did some basic survey data analysis and prepared reports. I have spent a year and a half with this firm. As I was passionate about learning new software in transportation, I was restlessly searching for opportunities abroad.

On March 16, 2008, I started my journey with Dar Al Hadassah in Egypt as a transportation engineer. This is the place where I pushed boundaries beyond my capabilities. I have learned VISUM, VISSIM, EMME, SATURN, and LEGION in just three years. In 2011, I had to leave the firm and the country due to the revolution.

On May 8, 2011, I moved to KEO International Consultants in Qatar. Qatar is the place where I was brought up as a transportation professional. I have elevated my professional experience to new possibilities. The saturation point came in 2013, and I had to leave the firm.

On August 18, 2013, I joined CDM Smith in Abu Dhabi. After a year, I have moved to Dubai. This is where I have been free to do whatever is good for the projects and the firm. That’s where I settled well and played like a professional. I have spent 8 years with the company, and it’s been an unforgettable journey with the firm and people. It doesn’t matter how wonderful the trip would be; someday the story should end. So, our paths will separate in 2021.

On February 21, 2022, I established VNC in the UAE as a transportation firm. I’m now working as a managing director and transportation professional at VNC.
