Call me Sharaf, short for Sarfudheen Chackaleckel. I am a CAD technician at VNC. I started my journey in the CAD world in 2003 at a small company in India. Due to my financial needs, I had to move abroad. In 2006, I joined Khatib & Alami as an office assistant and worked there till 2011. Observing my dedication to any task assigned to me and my keen interest in CAD design, Khatib & Alami promoted me to CAD draughtsman in 2012. Since then, I never looked back. I was involved in major road projects and development infrastructure designs in the UAE.

Knowing that VNC is looking for an experienced CAD Technician, I have expressed my interest in joining the company in mid-2023. This firm has given me a wonderful opportunity to be part of their team where every day is a new challenge to accomplish.

My observation of the work culture here is that everyone is fully focused on their job from the time they enter the office until they leave with the same passion. What else I can expect from a workplace?
