The View Development Traffic Impact Study, Ras Al Khaimah
The View Development is proposed as a Hotel Building in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in UAE. The project’s surrounding Flamingo Beach and restaurants are experiencing traffic operational issues, such as a lack of parking and traffic circulation especially on the weekends. Therefore, the TIS goal is to suggest necessary road network mitigations for the planned hotel as well as the existing Flamingo Beach and restaurants.
A comprehensive traffic mitigation plan has been developed including the proposed hotel existing restaurants and Flamingo Beach. The parking spaces have been optimized, the circulation has been greatly improved and the external junctions have been widened addressing the safety and operational concerns.
