VNC was awarded the Transportation Master Plan (TMP) for the Wahat Yas Development in Abu Dhabi. Wahat Yas development is located to the north of the junction between E10 and E12. The proposed development is a residential-dominated mixed-use community. The infrastructure of the development is expected to complete in the year 2025 and the land use will be fully developed by 2030. The trip generation of the development is twelve thousand two hundred seventeen trips.

The latest STEAM model is used to assess the impact of the development on the surrounding road network. Transportation Master Plan Report is prepared including the traffic operational assessment for all the network elements. Appropriate network mitigations have been proposed for failing network elements for future years.
